INTRO TO MEDITAION

This introductory, one-hour workshop is designed for the beginners in mind, and will take participants on a journey of music-driven guided meditation, mindset work, and coaching.

Intro to Meditation is a practical and engaging workshop designed to introduce meditation as an impactful tool for workplace well-being. Through guided breathwork, meditation, and mindset coaching, participants will walk away with simple accessible strategies to integrate mindfulness into their daily routine, leading to improved focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:

​

✔ Understand the foundations of meditation – learn what meditation is (and what it isn’t), making the practice more approachable and relevant to everyday life.
✔ Experience a guided meditation aimed at reducing stress and improve focus – gaining practical techniques that support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and resilience.
✔ The clarity and mindset to overcome resistance to implementing meditation into their daily routine in a way that is accessible and practical.

Investment:

$500 for a 1-hour session for up to 10 participants ($50 per additional participant). Travel beyond 50 miles from Boston, MA will incur additional travel expenses.
