HOW I GOT HERE...

There was a moment when everything came to a halt.

A physical injury forced me to slow down, and in that stillness, I began to look inward.

I tried to fix everything externally, but nothing created lasting change.

Mindfulness and meditation became the beginning of something deeper:
a way to reconnect with myself emotionally, mentally, and physically.

but in how I responded to stress, pressure, relationships, and life itself.
