Participants will be able to:
Discover the seven feminine empowerment codes and their significance in cultivating inner and outer communication and learn how to unlock their superpower.

Identify situations in which they may be afraid or reluctant to speak up or to express their value.

Discover somatic practices to support them in holding space for uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and sensations that may arise during courageous conversations.

Create a crystal-clear compass that will guide them in integrating the feminine empowerment codes to ask for more of what they want from their boss, spouse, clients, and others.

I help women reclaim their feminine power, find their voice, and RISE to their purpose and leadership potential.

I'm an Empowerment Coach and a Step into Your Moxie® Certified Facilitator. This vocal empowerment system is rooted in the principles of Trauma Sensitivity, the fusion of Self-Empowerment with Social Justice, and role play.
If you are anything like me, you know what it feels like to fail to empower your voice. Those thoughts and feelings turn into self-sabotaging inner communication, which can cause someone to feel as if they have no choice or power in a situation—the opposite of what Feminine Empowerment stands for.

My vision is to encourage more women to share their voices, because when we speak up and speak out, we turn everyday situations into opportunities of empowerment.
